Other Refund Scenarios
- If you were charged multiple times due to a technical error, we will refund any duplicate charges.
- If you did not receive your note within the promised delivery window (under 10 minutes), and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Refunds are not available for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during the consultation process.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@onlinemedcare.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of your issue. We aim to resolve refund requests within 2–3 business days.
Payment Processing
